Shipping Information

We deliver all our products safely and securely to your doorstep. Once your order is confirmed, it usually takes 2–5 business days for processing and delivery within the city, and up to 7 business days for nationwide shipping.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. For smaller orders, a minimal delivery charge applies based on your region and courier rate.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to follow your delivery in real-time.

Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. Our support team will assist you immediately to resolve the issue.
